The best spot to acquire weed in Skopje is to just go around and locate a group of young people between the ages of 16 and 23. Since most of us consume marijuana, your chances of finding the correct people to ask are 80%. Always go after a group that is attempting to stay out of the way, like an ally. Also you can just walk up to someone smoking weed in park and ask them. You will also see many shady looking dealers in the park. They will usually approach you if you make eye contact with them. However, in all honesty, this is a terrible deal. The weed is awful quality and just not worth it but you be lucky enough to get a dealer with Top quality weed.
